Hello Everyone!
We hope you all had a lovely Easter break, even if it was very different to normal holidays. We hope you are all keeping well and staying safe. We know and understand how difficult the last few weeks have been, especially over Easter, not being able to visit your family and friends but hopefully we will be able to do that very soon if we stay at home a little bit longer.
We have attached a plan of suggested activities, broken down day- by- day, for the week. We hope that it will provide a little more structure for your child as they try to continue their learning at home. These activities are optional and we would encourage you to just try to do whatever you can and whatever works best for you and your family, during this very difficult and uncertain time.
We are also attaching another document which includes steps on how to access Collins Big Cat eBooks. These books are books that your child will be able to read to you. They are just like the Parallel readers that your child brings home each week for Homework.
We would also like to say a big thank you for all the amazing messages, photographs and videos you have all shared on our class padlets and on the Gallery of Curiosities. We really miss seeing you all and hearing your news, so it has really been lovely to have you engaging on our class Padlets. We would encourage you to continue using your class Padlet, with your child, over the next little while.
Take care of yourselves and your families,we are thinking of you all and hope you are all managing during these difficult times.
We are thinking of you all,
The Senior Infant team
