Dear Parents, boys & girls,
Hello again! We hope you all had a lovely Easter break. We understand it was strange and difficult not being able to visit family and friends but it is so important for us to stay at home for another little while to keep us all safe and well.
We have attached a plan of work for this week, broken down day-by-day. We hope this will be clear for you to follow and might help you to put further structure on home learning time for your little boy or girl. As always, this work is a bank of suggested ideas to keep the boys and girls in a learning routine, as much as possible in these uncertain time. We do encourage you try your best to work through the plan, bearing in mind your own family circumstances and other commitments you may have. Please refer to the 'Notes from teachers' section at the bottom of the plan for some useful information. We have also included instructions for accessing the Collins Big Cat readers online. These ebooks are a fantastic resource which we would highly recommend. Please see the attachment for details.
You may remember before Easter we introduced a class Padlet so we can share our learning and news with each other. Please consider sharing a photograph, a video or a piece of news so that your child can keep in touch with their teacher and friends so that we can see what we have all been doing.
We look forward to checking our padlets to see what you have all been up to.
Stay safe and we hope to see you very soon.
From the Junior Infant Team,
Ms. Mulhall, Mrs. Goodall, Mrs. Kelly, Ms. Mc Govern, Ms. Naughton, Ms. Martin, Ms. Jones, Ms. Mc Namara, Anita & Caitríona
