Dear Parents, boys and girls,
We hope you are getting on well this week. We understand it is an extra challenge adhering to the new sanctions put in place over the weekend and we do hope life can go back to normal very soon.
Boys and girls, we are so happy to know you are doing great work - writing, drawing, baking, building, and helping the grown-ups in your house with some jobs.
Some of you may also be doing a few of the small tasks we sent to you on Monday. If you haven't managed to do any of the tasks yet, don't worry, they are not compulsory. If time allows, you may like to get started and try a few of them over the coming days. If you do, don't forget to take photographs of your creative adventures and email them to info@hopejns.ie so Ms. Callery can share them in our Gallery of Curiosities on Friday. We loved seeing you all in last Friday's video.
Instead of giving you more suggested activities today, we would like to remind you to continue with Monday's activities. Don't forget to refer back to last Wednesday's suggested timed learning session if you are unsure of anything.
With Easter coming up, we would normally be busy making & designing Easter eggs, Easter bunnies and Easter baskets in our classroom. Why not try some Easter art & crafts at home! Click on the link to see some Easter crafts that we really like.

Do you think you could make one or two of them and send us a photograph to share in our Gallery of Curiosities? We would also love to see your own creativity if you decide to make something different.
One last reminder - don't forget to tune into RTE's Home School Hub each weekday morning from 11am to 12 noon. We really enjoyed learning about shapes on Monday and about electricity yesterday. We can't wait to see what's in store for us today! Why not record it and watch it at a different time during the day that suits your family.
We miss seeing you all each day but know that we are thinking about you all. We can't wait to get back to school to see all of the lovely smiles. We wish you all a happy and safe Easter. We look forward to touching base with you again on Monday April 20th.
