Good Morning Girls and Boys from Second Class,
I hope you all had a fantastic Active Week and welcome you to our last full week of home school. We are already planning some really fun activities for our very last days next week and we will have a lovely Graduation Ceremony to look forward to too.
We know so many of you enjoyed Active Week and although we might have missed our Sports Day we celebrated it in a different way. We have also not had the chance to go on a school tour this year. In place of this we have included some virtual school tours which you can do from your home. There are many to choose from and it is good to try the different tours. Don’t forget to share any facts you have learned cross the week on our padlet pages if you wish.
Ms Moran and Ms Callery have been especially busy the past few weeks organising a special online Graduation Ceremony for June 29th. Keep a look out on the school app over the coming days for more information.
Attached you will find the Second Class Home School plan for June 22nd-26th, remember this plan is merely a guide for the week and may not suit every family at this time. Our aim is simply to provide support and structure to your child with this plan. Many children are learning new types of lessons in their gardens, kitchens and learning new skills around their homes.
We love seeing our Padlet pages filling up so please keep doing so. It is so special to keep in touch. Your teachers are missing you all so much.
Have a lovely week,
Ms Keenan, Ms Griffin, Ms Keaney & Mr Hennigan
